In the United States, Rattan GalleryUSA stands alone with it's quality products and personalized service featuring color matching furnishings to home and personal preference. What is different about concept and production?

Unlike most other importers who buy 'finished' goods from foreign export companies representing a multitude of small producers, our company has its own producer, including a Rattan GalleryUSA rep on location to maintain strict quality control. All our products originate at a specific Java / Indonesia location known to be the epicenter for craftsmanship and highest quality rattan furniture production. It is noteworthy here to mention the largest percentage of rattan/wicker imports to the U.S. consists of Grade C and D quality, as opposed to A or B. A difference which begins at the harvest and continues with the prepping and bleaching, all the way to hardware and workmanship, incl. final spray coating for a finish.

What about concept?

Design specifications are determined by Rattan GalleryUSA including a more costly process to avoid rusting of hardware, such as tacks and pins during final assembly, constantly changing improved designs, along with dimensions to tight specifications that permit our American-made accessories to fit perfectly at all times.

Wood is not Electro-conductive, yet a special process exclusive to Rattan GalleryUSA allowes for a quality Finish to be applied by 'ELECTROSTATIC' means while retaining the natural wood grain.
Instead of easily found flaking or peeling coatings applied under extreme humid conditions throughout Asia, our electrostatic Finish is applied at tightly controlled dimensions, avoiding the usual over-spray and runs associated with finishing curved surfaces. Our process prevents fading and provides an incredibly long lasting, smooth surface to challenge the princely creations of rare Italian furnishings from the CLASSIC ERA. A choice of 13 standard Colors may be customized at an additional charge to match your surroundings and/or personality.

What about accessories?

For highest possible quality, cushions are made to American commercial specifications from American products and within minute distance from our Madison,WI plant. This permits direct contact with sub-contractors, maintains greater quality control, and a short completion / delivery time.
